Michael Skotynsky

While growing up, I was encouraged to dream big and to stretch my horizons. I still do this today.

I left for college and the doors of the world seemed to open, yet it felt like I was unsure of what heading to fly. Early on freshman year, I ended up joining a student ministry, where my faith really became my own. I learned how to study the bible, grow close with Jesus, and how to share the good news of Christ with others.

After giving my life to Jesus, my largest desire became to share the good news wherever I go. This experience set my life on a vector to “fill up to pour out”.

Around the same time, my desire to be a pilot grew; to see God’s creation from the skies. Shortly after graduating, I took flight for the first time. I quickly caught the “flying bug” and continued to broaden my experiences and abilities as a pilot.

Amen Aviation was an idea of bringing two of my favorite things together: Faith & Flying. Lord willing, Amen Aviation will bring glory to God while providing opportunities to travel His creation and share the good news of Jesus Christ.
